Beneath the Concrete, the Waters with John Ryan Brubaker

This November, Phoenix Athens is pleased to welcome artist John Ryan Brubaker with an exhibition of works from his residency in Exarchia. Brubaker’s artistic practice is situated at the intersection of anthropology and experimental photography. With “Beneath the Concrete, the Waters,” the artist explores the path of water as it traverses Athens, employing an artistic approach rooted in walking practices, cyanotype, and film.
