Community Exhibitions

Kinship is a non-profit community art project founded by socially engaged artists dedicated to multi-species environmental and social justice. At Kinship we see photography as a powerful medium of relationship. Used well, it opens up new ways of seeing and relating that can radically deepen our intimacy with the natural world and each other. At Kinship, we offer uniquely designed exhibitions and community engagement projects to schools, organizations, institutions, and faith-based communities looking to foster curiosity, build community and inspire sustained action. The exhibitions featured below were created in partnership and collaboration. By weaving images and stories together, we create a collective visual map that lights the way home to kinship, care, and belonging.
