Makers Circle is the facilitating organization of the Kinship Photography Collective. As a non-profit organization, we use the power of art, creative placemaking and contemplative practice to help build sustainable, compassionate, communities.

We believe that the arts and artists should play a major role in community regeneration and civic engagement. Our team of community organizers, facilitators, and place-based artists use their combined talents to work with communities and non-profit organizations around the globe to develop innovative projects that put the power of curiosity and wonder at the center of community building.

In this rapidly polarizing world, where empathy, understanding, and equity are in short supply, we have seen firsthand the power of the arts to positively shape and change how we experience and relate to each other and the world around us, and, more importantly, who we become in that world.
