The 2023 Global Earth Exchange: Speak Grief, Speak Beauty!

For 14 years people around the world have been going to places they care about that are damaged or endangered, sharing what they love about those places, and making gifts of gratitude to them. This year on Saturday, June 17th, The Global Earth Exchange will continue this tradition.

Kinship photographers are invited to join The Global Earth Exchange by attending to and making photographs in hurt and wounded places. Together we will honor the amazing ability of the Earth to find ways of prevailing during hard times while turning our attention not just to what is hurt in this place we care about, but also to what is thriving and beautiful.

Photographs and reflections will be shared on the Radical Joy or Hard Times website as well as in a featured gallery on the Kinship website.
