Correspondences Exhibition & Artists’ Talk

Correspondences: Exhibition & Artists’ Talk

Join us Wednesday, April 16th @ 7 PM EDT via Zoom

Correspondences, a collaborative exhibition by 10 Canadian photographers, is a powerful example of the remarkable work that can emerge when artists gather in creative conversation. Join us as we talk with each of these artists about their work and their collaborative experiences.

Shown at the Shenkman Arts Centre, the works - varied, tender, personal, and vulnerable - invited viewers to reconsider their relationships with the world around them. As a whole, Correspondences was a love letter to the world in all its beauty and brokenness and an invitation to cultivate greater intimacy in correspondence with the more-than-human world.

Join participating artists:

Sasha Chapman (@sashachapman51)
Valérie Chartrand (@noctambule22)
Jim Lamont
Victoria Laube (@viclaube)
Leah Mowers (@leahmowersphotography)
Kim Manley Ort (@kimmanleyort)
Richard Robseco (@richardrobesco)
Vera Saltzman (@vera.saltzman)

We hope you will join us for a rich and diverse conversation.
